Polishes Used:
Rimmel - Sorbet So Good (Pictured)
nails inc - Fulham Palace Gardens
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure - Ivory Skull
Sally Hansen Lacquer Shine - Brilliant
Seche Vite Top Coat
I started off by painting on my base colour of Sorbet So Good, which took only 2 coats for full coverage. Once that was dry, I applied a thick coat of nails inc Fulham Palace Gardens to my ring finger.
I used my dotting tool & Sally Hansen Lacquer Shine in the shade Brilliant to achieve the paws and bone seen on my index and pinkie fingers. This is my go-to black and its nearly finished - excuse me whilst I cry a little inside...
For the dogs head, I used the brush that comes with the Ivory Skull polish, the width is perfect for what I wanted it to do. For the detailing in the dogs face, I went back in with my Lacquer Shine and made the eyes, ears and nose.
Finally, for my ring finger, I used a large drop of the Ivory Skull and pushed it out to make the triangles and went back in with the Lacquer Shine to outline and write "Woof".
Its all topped off with a coat of Seche Vite.
This design was insipred by a design I saw on Instagram about a year ago - I cant remember who originally done it.
