#NailArtJul Day 31 - Watermelon

Hi everyone!! The day has arrived!! I have officially finished #NaiArtJul! I'm super happy with all my efforts in this challenge - even if I do say so myself!  The last prompt of the challenge is Watermelon!! I seen a few Watermelon nails floating about recently because the highly popular nail guru "CutePolish" posted a tutorial on her YouTube channel for them a few weeks ago.

I love the fact that I was able to incorporate my She-Sells-Seashells chevron nail stickers into this design - I think they look like the outside of a Watermelon (use your imagination, lol!)

Polishes Used:
nails inc - Porchester Square (Pictured)
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure - Kook A Mango
Sinful Colors - Snow Me White
Models Own - Black Magic
Color Club - Twiggie
Rimmel - Camouflage
Seche Vite

I started off by painting my index and pinkie nails with Twiggie and my middle and ring fingers with Porchester Square.  To speed up the drying process in applying my stickers, I added a layer of Seche Vite to my index and pinkie fingers.

Whilst that was drying, I added small Triangle shapes with Snow Me White to my middle and ring fingers.  I then added a line of Camouflage to the ends of the triangle, left a space of white then filled the rest of the triangle in with Kook A Mango.  To add the seeds I added small dots of Black Magic inside the Kook A Mango part.  I went back in with Twiggie and added stripes to the Camouflage then covered these nails in Seche Vite.

Finally, now that Twiggie was completely dry on my index and pinkie fingers, I started to add chevron stickers that I got from She-Sells-Seashells-UK.  I then added a coat of Camouflage on top and pulled the stickers off straight away and I was left with these smart, sharp and amazing looking lines.  They were also topped off with a final coat of Seche Vite.
